Simplified Property Listing: A Home owner can sell or rent their properties by fill out a simple form or contacting via WhatsApp.

Detailed Property Insights: Each property listing is loaded with information, providing a clear picture of what’s on offer. Able to find photos, floor plans, virtual property tours, and aerial maps of the location.

Featured Properties: Property details with videos, photos, floorplans, save property and Inquiry via email & WhatsApp

Buy filters: Location, radius, min price, max price, bedroom, property type, date added, must-have an option for the property.

Sell Filters: Location, radius, min price, max price, bedroom, property type, date added, must-have option for the property, furnished type and type of let.

Property manager: Add property based on the location, show the property details, property update and delete option

Agent company: list the new agent/property dealers, update and view agent details.

Advertising Banners: Add and delete the banners

Inquiries: View the detail, manage the status, delete the inquiry

Business Requirements

The client requires the application to BUY, SELL and RENT the property. In that property search by location, price, number of bedrooms, date added, and furnished/unfinished preference.

Another requirement is for the Admin panel, on this admin side the client requires options like admin can manage the users, property manager, agent company, banner and inquiry

In the application, the client needs the option to buy and rent a property. Features property that can show directly on the home page. Also, users can search the property based on location, can add property listing inquiries and users can directly connect via WhatsApp or email.

Users can log in, log out, and change passwords. Explore basic features without login.
