This policy explains how Techy Panther handles personal information collected through techypanther.com, our contact form, and our proof-of-concept (POC) application forms.

Techy Panther is operated by Sameer Donga and is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us or apply for a POC offer, we collect the information you submit. This may include:

- Your app idea, intended users, and the problem it solves.
- Your project's current stage, preferred timeline, and proposed core flow.
- Supporting links, documents, and information you share in follow-up conversations.
Our website also uses Google Analytics to understand website usage. It collects information about page visits, interactions, device and browser characteristics, and referral sources. It does not receive your name, email address, or app idea from our forms.
3. How we use your information
We use POC application information only to:
- Review your application and assess its suitability for the offer.
- Contact you about your application.
- Discuss and deliver the agreed POC if you are selected.
We use contact-form information to respond to your inquiry and manage the related conversation.
We use website analytics to understand how visitors use the website and identify improvements.
Submitting an application does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
4. Who can access your information
Sameer Donga of Techy Panther and Chetan Zapadiya of MARCK IT Analysts review POC applications.
Applications are stored in Zoho CRM, and an email copy is sent to both reviewers. Zoho processes this information to provide its service.
Our email provider, Resend, processes application emails to provide its email service.
Contact-form submissions are emailed to us through the same provider. They are not stored in Zoho CRM.
We use Cloudflare to help protect our forms against spam and automated submissions. It processes technical information needed to provide this protection.
Google processes website analytics information through Google Analytics.
5. How long we keep information
Deletion from backups, where applicable, follows the relevant service provider's backup-deletion schedule.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and how pages are used. It runs only on techypanther.com and never receives names, email addresses, or app ideas from our forms.
You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings.
7. Where information is processed
POC applications in Zoho CRM are stored in Zoho's India data centre. Some of our service providers, including Google, may process information outside India.
8. Your choices and requests
You can contact hi@techypanther.com to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Request a correction.
- Request deletion.
- Withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent.
- Raise a question or concern about how your information is handled.
The rights available to you depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
If you ask us to delete information needed to assess your application or deliver your POC, we may be unable to continue with it. If any information must be retained for a legal obligation, we will explain that when responding.
9. Security
We protect your information with these safeguards:
- Two-step login on the accounts that hold your information.
- Within our team, access to POC applications is restricted to Sameer Donga and Chetan Zapadiya. Our service providers process the information as described in this policy.
- Service keys used by our website are stored encrypted.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated publication date.
